Mon-Fri 7 am- 3 pm

15-18/HR BOE 

In this role you will be providing administrative management support. Your duties will include but not be limited to administration, accounting, payroll, billing, and daily production paperwork along with internal & external customers ordering & satisfaction. In this challenging role, you will need to demonstrate your consistent, reliable accurate attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure with changing deadlines. In addition, you will need to display your excellent organizational and time management skills, and your ability to work with a diverse spectrum of individuals. Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing a full range of accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll reporting, and GL entries. You will be performing month end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reporting to management.

 

 

  

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • MS Word, PowerPoint & Advanced EXCEL Knowledge is a must. Accounting/payroll/ system; experience with ADP ; extensive experience with preparing spreadsheet and reports
  • Ability to adhere to highest standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours if necessary Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with company and business contacts

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of business, general office or accounting experience
  • Must pass a background screening
